How Can I Track My Parcel? 📦
Once your parcel leaves our Fulfillment Center, you will receive a WhatsApp/SMS message and an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel's movements.

What Happens If I’m Not Available During Delivery? 🏠
Depending on the destination, a maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made. You will be asked to schedule re-attempts via WhatsApp/SMS. You can select a date and time based on your preference.

Can I Cancel My Order? 
You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after payment.

Can I Get a Refund If Something Is Wrong With My Order? 💸
Within 3 days of receiving your purchase, you can request:

  • A full refund if the product wasn’t delivered (e.g., the shipping company received the product but didn’t deliver it to you).
  • A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.

Note: If the product is delivered according to the shipping company’s tracking, we cannot issue a refund. In such cases, please contact the shipping company directly.

Full Refunds Are Not Available If:

  • Your order doesn’t arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).

All products are backed by a 3-day money-back guarantee. Contact us at customercare@sribhavah.com or through the Contact Us page, and we will process your refund.

How Can I Return Products for a Refund or Replacement? 🔄
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Please note:

  • Returns are at your expense if:
    • The product is as described, but you’re unsatisfied for personal reasons (e.g., color or size).
    • The product arrived as described but was broken due to improper installation or use.
    • The product arrived damaged due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., natural disasters).
